It's valuable for both the resort and future guests to understand various experiences. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at the Sandals Royal Barbados resort. Compared to other sandals resorts and other all inclusive resorts that I have stayed in, this resort this time did not meet my expectations. Fish served during the show cooking was a bit raw and our entire family got mildly sick but it was the last day of our stay thankfully. On the positive note the restaurants were superb with the exception of the Japanese restaurant. The staff seemed to be new and not that well trained. So unless you made a dash for the chairs and towels early morning you would be out of luck. Towels would frequently run out at the pools and were not replenished till late afternoon. We would be on the beach for 3-4 hours but no one came to ask for drinks or water. Those chairs were not cleaned and it was difficult to get lounge chairs in the beach as a result. During the time that we were there about 20-25 beach chairs were unusable due to bird dropping on them. The water in our room was not refilled despite requesting 2 extra bottle per day at concierge multiple times which was disappointing. While the resort is big and well designed there were a few things that caused my stay to fall below expectations.
